Therefore, we have established the following return policy to ensure fairness and sustainability:
1. *Eligibility for Returns* - Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. - Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. - Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. *Non-Returnable Items* - Custom or personalized items - Sale or clearance items - Gift cards
3. *Return Process* - Contact our customer service team by emailing us at officialunitedlifters@gmail.com or via our site to initiate a return. - Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). - A return fee ($10 - $30) will be applied to returns where the return was not due to an error on our part. The return fee will be assessed based on the garment.
4. *Refunds* - Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, your refund (minus any fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. *Exchanges* - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product.
6. *Damaged or Defective Items* - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
7. *Final Sale Policy* - All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
