Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery. We will make every effort to make it to you sooner. Please check your spam folder for an email containing the tracking number from the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery. We will make every effort to make it to you sooner. Please check your spam folder for an email containing the tracking number from the United States Postal Service (USPS). Additional customs charges from your respective country may be added to delivery once a parcel is ready for delivery. Please check with you delivery force for additional information.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

We try to keep the prices at United Lifters (UL) as low as possible. We also have strict sanitation rules. We will accept a return or issue a refund if we sent the wrong size or item. If the item has been taken out of the bag, we cannot refund; unless we sent the wrong size or item. If you have any questions, please email us at officialunitedlifters@gmail.com

Joggers / Shorts / Jackets: These sales are final. There will NOT be exchanges or refunds unless we sent the wrong size or item.

The customer is responsible for return postage on all items where UL is not at fault. UL will inspect all returned items and confirm if the item(s) can be re-stocked, after which UL will send out the replacement or issue a refund.


Stolen Packages

United Lifters is not responsible for stolen packages. We will provide tracking from the United States Postal Service. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe and correct delivery location. Refunds and site credit will be left to the discretion of United Lifters.

International

United Lifters is not responsible for orders that are lost in transit and that are not delivered. We will provide proof that the order has been shipped. We will try our best to work with anyone in these rare circumstances.
